25-Day Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it so that we receive the merchandise back within 25 days of the invoice date for a full refund minus shipping costs We can only accept returns or exchanges that are received back within 25 days of the invoice date. Please allow for sufficient transit time when shipping back any merchandise. To return any item, please email us or call us at 1-877--602-7874 for an R.A. (return authorization) number. When sending back your return, please include a copy of your invoice with the return, write the R.A. number on the outside of the package and include a short note explaining the reason for your return. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured. For your security, all returns are opened in the presence of two receivers who verify the contents upon their arrival. We can only refund merchandise that is received back within 25 days of the invoice date and is in new, resalable condition without any scratches, nicks or marks.
One Year Limited Warranty
All Aqua Master, Jacob & Co and Freeze watchs are warranted for 1 full year against any mechanical defects. Aqua Master Jacob & Co and Freeze, at their discretion, will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and the loss of precious, semi-precious stones are not covered. A shipping and handling charge of $15 cost will be charged to the customer.
Shipping
Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. However Special order items could have an extended delivery date. Though rarely a concern, when an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.
All orders are shipped fully insured and are packaged and checked in the presence of two employees. If there are any shortages, or if you feel that your package was tampered with, please call customer service at 877--602-7874 It is important that you save all original packaging materials in order for us to speedily process your claim.
All merchandise is fully insured at no additional cost to the customer. Shipments are F.O.B. our Distribution Center, USA. Taxes, duty and import fees are solely the responsibility of the customer.
An 8.75% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to New York State.
